Graham Dykes B.Sc, - Accountant.
Graham trained as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand before joining the private banking dept. of HSBC in Jersey and then Hong Kong. In 1993 he was appointed Senior Manager-Private Banking with Lloyds Bank International (Bahamas) Ltd based in Nassau to look after the bank's private banking business for the Central and S.America Region. He is now responsible for our accounts department and ensures we can monitor and manage financial information in a structured manner, as required by our Regulator, Clients, Associates, Providers, Suppliers and staff.

Stacey Ash - Director of iFunds
Stacey has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. He has worked both on the fund management and marketing side of the business and holds the Securities Institute Securities and Derivatives Certificates as well as the Investment Management Certificate. He has been a director of Aberdeen Unit Trust Management and more recently a director of IG Index, where he was a participant in their management buyout. Stacey's primary role is to expand the customer base and products on offer, but maintains his involvement in the investment management process.
Nigel Baynes - Director of iFunds
Nigel has been an investment professional for twenty years and started his career in the industry as a software specialist developing portfolio management solutions for an asset management company. He moved on to investment analysis and then became a portfolio manager covering a wide range of investment products. In 1991 Nigel joined Margetts, a Midlands based fund manager, and became investment director with responsibility for their range of unit trusts and developed their unique risk rated management investment process. In 1991 Nigel & Paul Hudson formed Neural Network Investment Forecasting Ltd (NNIF) primarily as an investment research vehicle for the application of artificial intelligence techniques in investment forecasting. NNIF has over the last 11 years developed significant asset management techniques and systems. Nigel was appointed a fund manager at Morgan Stanley Quilter in November 2000 and introduced his position management process to the company. As a member of the fund selection committee for Morgan Stanley Quilter, Nigel had joint responsibility for the creation of the companies buy and sell lists covering over 1 billion pounds worth of assets.
Paul Hudson - Director of iFunds
Paul has worked in software development since 1985, has a Masters Degree in Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulation and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematical Sciences. Since 1991 Paul has worked as an independent Oracle contractor on mission critical software projects in a wide variety of business disciplines. He spent three years at British Petroleum developing their European systems programme and two and half years at Cap Gemini developing financial software for The Wesleyan. Paul developed the Fintek Financial Charting software used by Investment Research of Cambridge since 1994. During the last three years Paul has developed web based systems using leading edge Java based technologies for household names like Legal and General and Philips. Since producing his mathematical sciences dissertation, ‘An Application of Neural Networks to Financial Forecasting’ in 1991, Paul has continued to develop systems to help in the trading of options derivatives, shares and exchange traded funds (ETFs). Recently developed mathematical based techniques have been implemented by the company for actively managing positions and controlling exposure and risk.
